One bedroom TIOs offer a larger vanity area and washer/dryer to make your 2 week day comfortable and easy. The annual Whaler TIOA maintenance fees are billed in 2 installments. The 1st installment is due in February, the second is due in August. The Board of Directors finalizes the budget in the Spring for the upcoming fiscal year.
